Our History |
Project Access Hong Kong (PAHK) was founded in 2016 by Antonia Heng as an Oxford undergraduate. PAHK was established with the aim of battling inequality in higher education, especially in Oxford and Cambridge. Recognising the substantial cultural, informational and financial barriers that prevent capable talented Hong Kong students from gaining admission to Oxbridge, our program aims to mitigate these socioeconomic factors, enabling local Hong Kong students to realise their full intellectual potential in world-class institutions.

Our Programmes |
Our programmes take a multifaceted approach, with programmes available from Form 3 up to Form 5.
Mentorship Programme Form 5 students are paired with a mentor studying the subject they wish to read. Mentors provide mentees with resources and insider information on the application process and life at Oxbridge. Boot Camp Form 4 students are given an introduction to the Oxbridge system. We run workshops to expose students to different degrees, tutorial simulations, and share insight on our life experiences as Oxbridge students. Outreach We run talks with our partner institutions to reach out to gifted students and provide them with support, in the form of question and answer sessions and information sharing sessions. |
Testimonials |
Artie Lam
Jardine's Scholar, PPE Student at Oriel "It's difficult getting an offer from Oxford and the Jardine Foundation Scholarship, but help and advice from brilliant mentors gave me a picture of the challenges I was about to face and a clear path to take to make a successful shot. The mock interviews and advice for the personal statement were crucial, and so was the reassurance that it's possible to make a successful attempt from mentors who have also been through the same process not long ago. PAHK is the place to go if you know what you're aiming for and if you're willing to dedicate to it." |
